Yep it is still for sale can you believe. Give me a call on *-* if you want more details but you will have to suscribe if you want to PM me. Subscription is great value and if you are going round the world I would say it's a must as there is so much info available to you on the site. Plus we will need a full report from you during and after your trip.
    Thanks
    Kevin

I'm surprised indeed! I opened a PayPal account to settle the subscription and will PM you once available. By the way, are the paniers still for grab? I'm torn between the desire to travel on a great machine like the AT and the more rationale decision to get a yonger but less exciting bike like the XTZ Tenere... Tough call!

OK. The panniers and rails are still up for grabs as I ideally want to sell them to the person who eventually buys the bike but they will be at an additional cost, ie they are not included at the ridiculously low asking price.
I haven't done any serious trips like the one you are planning but I know the Honda is a very well built, solid, comfy and reliable adventure tourer and I would take it over the yamaha any day but I would say that as I have a Honda for sale.
There are video links in previous threads of people doing serious off road touring on Africa Twins, maybe you could search these out and it might convince you.
Please PM me when your registration is completed and thanks for your interest.
