I saw that bike recently in the Honda dealer (Jones?)in Newtown, it's immaculate but even so £4,800 is a bit strong IMO.

I just thought that as well, it may be in a nice condition but that is a bit steep for a starting price.

Beautiful looking bike there, trouble is what do you do if you buy it. Spend the rest of its life being coseted or use it and get it all bashed up. I suppose its as good as new, would your mindset need to be 4800 for that or a similar price for a year old tenere with similar mileage

If the seller could lend it to me for a few months I could get the value down to about 300 quid.

Looks like a great bike, as someone said it's too good to put on the road, I had one with only 3500 miles on the clock in mint condition and was great but I started thinking every time I rode it I may drop it ect and then it would lose it's high value..........so i sold it and now have a 12 year old 600 and ride it in all weathers and don't worry about it so much.
I still think the one on ebay is worth £5000 to someone with deep pockets and we all know how great these bikes are............ start saving...........
