As I have just agreed to buy a KTM 950 ADV and unfortunately my trusty Alp has to go

I've owned it for 5 years or so now and its always been a great bike. The engine is absolutely sweet and should easily do the same mileage again. It uses minimal oil between services and always gets anything it ever needs.

In reasonable condition for the mileage, still shines up pretty well.

Just replaced the clutch and chain and sprockets.

Bad bit.
It was a CAT C write off two years ago (with me riding it), written off by the insurance company with minimal (but costly) damage.

I repaired the bike myself and replaced absolutely anything that may have been suspect. I have completed 12k on the bike since the repair and its fine, I wouldn't be riding it otherwise.
