I don't suppose the Orange ones would have anything to do with KTMs as per the ARDcases from Rodger on the KTMUK forum?

With the transalp you were talking about using a Holan Rack (XTV Forum Transalp), would that be the rack for the GS too?

Yes i would recommend Holan racks i have some 1150 racks in stock at the moment app£160 boxes are app£325 including fitting kit to mount to the rack integral locking catches and powdercoating inside and out in whatever colour you desire

ARD Cases





or very cheap and cheerful ALLITS ( as per E bay specials)


I moved from Klauss's ALLITS ( 1mm alloy) to ARD cases much better and 'bullet proof' powder coated (2mm alloy)
I had the allitts for 3 yrs on my AT and then my BMW they are a good basic pannier
both were fitted to Touratwat pannier rails

The ARD cases are the 'Dogs Danglies' I'm glad I changed to them
I was lucky to buy mine S/H but would not begrudge paying full price now I can see how good they are
