What ever made you think that I like the old Airheads?

Yes, I would like to have one just like that.

However the front brake caliper adapter looks a bit crude.

I'm wondering if owners take in to consideration the altered load on the front leg, when making these kind of changes.

This beauty is my ex, it has Siebenrock power kit, big valve heads, 40 mm Bing carbs, extra big oil capasity, tuned exhaust (mid silencer replaced with y-pipe). Big brakes etc. Bike is an old police bike and I did rebuild it fully, engine and tranny aren`t original. Its new owner has driven it a lot and is very satisfied with it. I did put something like 60tkm on it.

And this little princes here is original G/S as they came to market. I bought it with my dad and it is Italian import. Came with out enginen and tranny, now it is cleaned and has been registered to finland and has plates on it. It is in driving condition but it`ll be rebuild. Theres a rare 32L PD tank waiting.. Ticks like new!

I have stopped looking at the Italian market as the prices for Airhead G/S and GS have reached a level to high for what they really are worth IMHO.

Will you keep us informed of the progress of your new one?
