DIY Riky Cross AT Front Guard

Started to make a mock-up for my Riky Cross type front rack / headlight guard. Just need to make the top loop angle back slightly and make the front facing loop longer then add the side arm supports that go to the indicator mounts. once made I will have it made out of steel and powder coated.

Will add more pics when further work done...

    Hi r0vers,

Found a brilliant source of grills. Wilkinsons do a cooling tray already black, just needs cutting to size for only £1.99 got one of those ready and waiting.

The brackets are 3-way type used by shopfitters, I bought 2 for less than £3 from a shopfitting supplier down Commercial Road. I'll will get details for you and will post a better picture of them later.

No excuse for you now - get cracking
