operation aluminium panniers

I use some stuff called scotch cloth, it's rubber,sticky backed and has the same reinforced thread type stuff as gaffer tape. The good thing is it's only 1 mm thick and totally waterproofs the box.

Iv been looking at some role mat at work, that is one option but ill find somthing.
I have two waterproof bags at the mo so no rush but thanks guys.
