    number plate storage case

I had seen a couple of these boxes for flush fitting behind the No plate, trouble is I've got the H&B pannier racks and a bar runs behind the plate putting this type of box out of the question so I have been searching for ages for an alternative, and it was in-front of my nose all the time.
I had a knackered external HDD sat on my desk collecting dust on its alu cover for ages.so .....stripped bits in bin....drill out....numberplate off....case on.....numberplate on....coffee.
In that order and pretty much that speed, so quick and eager I've only got pics of the finished bodge

Its not that big but enough room for the tools that were under the seat (minus padded bag) but now rapped in rag

From useless junk to useful junk
