there was a letter wing around work asking for teams for the next series the other week - no one would join me the sods!

    3 TLD's done, (2009 + 2010 + 2011) - bring on 2012

When they kick at your front door How you gonna come?
With your hands on your head Or on the trigger of your gun
When the law break in How you gonna go?
Shot down on the pavement Or waiting on death row?.............

That looks great You're putting me to shame though. On three occasions now I've attempted to work out how to fit a lighter socket cleanly to the front of my AT, spent an hour wandering around the bike staring at the cockpit scratching my chin, then given up.

At least I've got the one in the side fairing to be going on with I guess.

Did you weld that up yourself? It looks as good as a bought part from the photos!

That's encouraging! I'm guessing you just bent the sheet metal then rather than cutting and welding the shapes together?

I was just about to ask about rivets funnily enough (though will do that in another thread to avoid hijacking this one). Never used them before and was looking at riveting tools the other day. I've just won an exhaust heat guard that I might need to rivet on but not sure about how to connect it (if it fits that is - it's off an rd07).

Nice job Chad - very nice indeed. Now while you were in there you should have fitted a tripmaster switch !!! the one that puts all the functions of the "mode" and "clear" buttons on your dashboard onto a switch on you handle bar. Saves you having to lean into the cockpit to press the buttons when your on the move .................

KTM part number ....58214069044 ..... approx £30 ish.

Mine is lying waiting in Avuss to be fitted next week.......

OOOOOOO !! I love bling onna bike
    2011 Triumph Tiger 800 - "Black Pussy" - MMMM Nice !!!
    2000 Suzuki DRZ400S - "Ol' Yella" - very bright
    2011 Peugeot V-Clic 50cc - "Scoot" - It's my wife's, an enjoyable ride.

    I have a house , but I can't guarantee it's safe !!
