Not sure if this is a bodge, but when I sold my car and took up motorcycling full time I knew it was gonna be a pain not being able to get to the sweet spots round these parts.

With money thin on the ground, I devised this plan which only cost me an afternoon of plotting.





It's no wider than my panniers, which is a good thing as they're bloody wide anyway.

Et voila! A very happy born again mountainbiker!

Being the national trust lake district of ramblers, Theres only a few (2 that I know of) BOATS round here. Theyre nice but theres nothing wrong with a bit of variation.

Besides I might run over a red squirrell.
