Totally Tubular Tool Tube - Stromtrooper.com

just the job for tools bolted to the nearside pannier rack and free`s up the space under the seat for the tyre compressor.

If not might get my American cousin to see if he can get them.

Russell

Would i be correct in assuming the tube on the bike in the link is only held on with cable ties, just can't image them being much use on bumpy roads with a load of spanners bouncing around inside all that weight swinging around. But the tube itself does look very good. Which then made me think why not use an old flask the thermos bit inside breaks, just remove it and use the plastic case same thing

If thats how yanks fit thing then it's an ad not to buy anything American. However i don't beleive every thing american is put together like that i.e. Boeing and Snap-on. Yes the tubes do look very good

Re: tool storage tube

hi yahoo,
I mounted mine [2] on the back of my std honda panniers in a upright position-so fuel bottle is upright. awaiting flammable liquid stickers.

just heated the mounting thingys with holes in with a heat gun and bent to shape, then mounted with allen bolts and flush plate inside panniers

can post pics tommorrow if interested, dark and cold here now

other wise do you have any rear luggage rack fitted? inside is the usual way by various bodged brackets. Some alloy bar bent into shape or flat bar from B&Q painted black.

used some whitespirits and paintstripper to remove those yellow wors on tube side , then washed in water and gave a wipe with bumper back to black

should look good inside givi rack, think Bt block mounted his their?
