    Touratech pannier mount bodge

    Very simple this one. I finally got annoyed enough at the bolts sticking into my panniers to do something about them.

    This is what Touratech intended (example pic, not mine):


    Decided to turn things around, put the sticky out bits on the outside:


    Giving a nice clean surface inside the pannier:


    It even clears the can (just):

    There is one downside: TT uses the innermost nuts to secure the rings, my change loses that ability.

    I suppose I could put them on the outside if really necessary...

    That said, I've never needed it, the rings stay put on their own.
