2x packs from me too, its amazing what you can find lying around in the bottom of the magazine rack. i dont even remember buying some of them, let alone reading them, which ive done again before sending them off.

i hope those nippers like a classic bike and BSH mix!

Yup, put 1/2 a dozen or so mags away so far, mix of motorbike + mountainbike literature. Hope their received by even 1 soldier who gets 5 mins entertainment.

Would old copies of 'Commando' be inappropriate??

Great idea, I am always so irritated by binning Autosport and Economist every week after reading them, not the sort of thing my GP surgery wants for some absurd reason !

    Thanks for the heads up

Does anyone know if I can put this into any mailbox or need to take it to a Post Office ?

    Thanks in advance

    *UPDATE*

Just spoken to Royal Mail and all 'free' BFPO mail must be taken to a Post Office counter for sending. Hope this is useful

Sent mine off on Wednesday. The lady at the post office also sent some, so now I have another biking friend and ally in the post office! I found that two per A4 size envelope worked out best and yes they are free to send. Once read our boys can roll them up and beat the taliban with them! Alternativly if the taliban do get their hands on them it may encourage them to stop killing and build some roads so they can import some real bikes and lead a better life. Ever the optomist!
