So's doing 110mph in a 7.5 ton truck, but I've done that also...

Besides, when on the motorway 90mph is slow compared with most of the traffic.

193 Kg is the kerb weight - the Japs quote figures without fuel, oil and even air in the tyres! When you think about it, the Dakar would be about the same weight as a TA 650, and only 13 kg less than an AT - and it has only one cylinder? Possible, but they wouldn't sell many.

hi new on hear. I looking at geting a africa twin, but am also thinking of the bmw 650 dakar as my friend has one and it seems a good bike.
has anyone hear got an thoughts on the best out of the two to help me make my mind up. Thanks
