Where is the 1st pic taken? It looks very similar to an Auberge we stayed at in the Dades Valley.

    Maroc Pics,

Hi, the bike is parked in a small auberge/hotel; in the back alley's off the Jemaa el Fna in Marrakech, about £4 a night.

The trip started in UK Oct 2002- ferry to SANTANDER - blast down through Spain - ferry from Algeceiras to Ceuta - border with Maroc - south through RIF mountains ( don't stop here to many dope pedlars). Night stop Ilfrane -
Marrakech - stop 2 nights - Tizi n Test pass (S501) - P32 hang a right towards Taliouine About 13 klicks other side Scotts M9 starts follow that - night stop on the desert (not planned) just to shagged to go any further.

Follow P30 to Foum Zguid- loop round and take a pist via Bleida to Zagora - crash bike into rockwall - drop it half a dozen times in soft sand - arrive Zagora TOTALLY WASTED - hence 2 nights in posh hotel.

Zagora to Erfoud - via the Draa Valley - good scenic stuff, Todra Gorge (to many tourist) - Erfoud (nightstop)- Erfoud to Meknes via the Ziz gorge P21- mind blowing; Night stop Meknes - P6- P51 back to Ceuta - easier getting out of Maroc than in.

Wander back up through Spain via GIB - Granada - Toledo - Burgos - Santander.

Last years trip 2005 to Maroc took a different route;I can give you details if your still interested after this lot.

Here's one you won't have seen before. Tony wondering how he can be stuck in plain old gravel.
3 Africa Twins/280,000 miles. If it's happened to one of mine, it's gonna happen to one of yours.....eventually.

1 Varadero/17,000 miles ridden (of 40,000 miles on the bike), it's all still new to me!
