Anyone know how to remove the anti fog insert from an Arai?

If it's a fogCity it's stuck (glued) in, if it's a PinLock just reverse the curvature* of the insert and unhook it from the pins.

*pull the insert away from the visor.

Why do you want to take it out, they're Grrrrrrrreat! (Yes, even Tony the Tiger uses one!)

I was going to clean the visor by actually putting it in a bowl of water and soap but I didn't want water stuck between the anti-fog and the visor itself.

Should be an air tight seal, it was suggested by the superb Arai guys at the BMF last year, to clean, just run clean water over the insert and allow to dry naturally.
