Another thanks to a smashing guy

Yip again ST Chad of Essex insisted on popping in and giving me a hand giving a very stuborn bearing a good bashing, poor man only left my place just before 12:00 last night so he must feel pretty rough this morning at work.

I am busy replacing the wheel bearings on my sidecar outfit (yes still busy) and the front wheel went fine by pulling the bearings out of the hub with some threaded rod. The rear wheel bearings would not budge though and after struggling for 2 hours thought let me give Chad a call and ask if he know of an easier way. He popped in look at it and decided we need to weld a washer onto the bearing and then he took my biggest hammer and smashed the thing to pieces This guy is lethal with a hammer and it's not the first time I saw him working it This proofs my theory "when in doubt resort to violence" does have merit

You by now all wondering wtf Maverick is on about and my point is when you stuck with something and can't think straight anymore either walk away from it or phone a friend

    Thanks Chad

When are you coming? I'm moving to Sidmouth in three weeks, away from the 30th July for three weeks then back. For ever!

PM me if you fancy a beer, that goes for anyone else passing through (south) East Devon, too.

    Cheers
