User Names, sexism, mental health and anything else

I am curious I'm sure this has been done before but wondered what makes you choose your user names. I know some of them are pretty obvious but others not so.

ahh now don't be like that boys, people like Dave S and Richie B are more obvious than yours so come on spill the beans.

I'll start, some of the welsh lads already know this.

As some of you may know I love mountaineering and climbing, I never have problems with heights except this one day I was out with some mates doing a bit of scrambling and on the way down a steep down climb I froze, couldn't move just giggle. It got to the stage where the lads had to come up and rescue me. They decided I was having a "Mabel" moment which according to them is a bit like a blonde moment only a bit worse.

Now when the Mountain rescue team decide to wind me up (which is lots) they call me Bravo Mabel (bravo is our team callsign)
