    Been out all day today

I've been to South Wales today. Going from one side of the Bristol Channel into Wales was a bit like going from Mordor to the Shire, especially with all the murk and gloom over on the English side and all the bright hot sunshine on the other side. What was I doing there? Well guess!

Veeery funny. I'm not 35 for one, nor do I have a liking for prickly gerbils.

I'm guessing that Gregger was wrong, we all know that there are lots of sheep in Wales
Or failing that perhaps you have a new toy as indicated in your tag line, BTW I hope they are brakes and not ABS breaks or is there something you want to report about the Vara's stopping ability

Sorry about the spelling mistake, but I was very busy yesterday, what with being out all day then having to download loads of stuff, write E-mails and talk on here once I got back. And despite my sig I don't actually have the bike yet. I've paid for it an' all, but I didn't get to take it home with me because the insurance company I'm with wouldn't provide me with a cover note because it was Saturday. Hence I'm having it delivered by Thunder Road on Thursday.

Glad you got sorted out, but you're going to be even more wound up than usual by Wednesday night
Is it an RWB, or one of the slower ones and why haven't you posted a piccy up yet, you don't mean to say you didn't take a camera phone with you

How much did you get for the @? I'll pop in next week and see how much they're trying to punt it for!

Nope, it's not RWB. They've got one in there but it's brand new and I can't afford brand new. It's one of two metallic blue ones that they have in there at the moment. I went for the one with the least miles on the clock, the 2800 miles one that was going for £5,500, but I got it for £5,200 because I'm paying in cash.

I haven't got a pic because I haven't got a mobile, let alone one that can take pictures. I also didn't think about taking the digital camera. I was concentrating more on buying the bike (making sure there were no faults, paying for it, doing the paperwork, getting the legal stuff done etc. ), and was thinking about getting the pics done once I get the thing home. But rest assured, once it's here I'll set about taking photos.
