    Brakes binding??

    You might get away with:
Remove pads, unbolt caliper from fork, pull brake lever to expose the piston/s (not too much & keep an eye on fluid level!), clean crud off piston, push piston back in using small G-clamp, re-assemble, then do other caliper.

If this doesn't work you need to strip each caliper and replace both the dust seals and brake seals (1 of each per piston), then replace the fluid and bleed the system. This is a good excuse to fit braided steel lines.

Plus if it's a Varadero, you've got the extra complications of Honda's CBS/ABS? - What fun!

    Thanks again chad
Would you have a part number or a "proper" name for the sealthingy
about the coming around ,what are we talking about??
Weekends only or could you fit in a weekday/evening?
What you think how long a rebuild would take?

Nice to see some practical help on hand, I think this was how Chad got his sainthood in the first place

Vader, it's really not that difficult, it's more a case of what can go wrong and what gets siezed up (and keeping the brake fluid away from your paintwork ), but I guess if you keep breaking you light sabre all the time then it's going to be a big help to get someone to give you a hand, even if it's St Chad of the big hammer
