Thread: where in the country/world are you

where in the country/world are you

Can I just poll members on the question of giving a home location in there ID
a town or a county would be fine.

I find it quite comforting to know that there are members in my locality and it helps if i am able to offer advice to point them to a dealer
I know in there area that gives good or specialist service

what do the rest of you think

or am I just being pedantic?

All you have your location in the top RHS of the post

pfft. Nice try, Kymmmy. But we already know you're besotted.

Harrisphil, this topic is best classified as "tried n' died". However, it keeps popping up form time to time. Taking in Dave's (justified) caveat about specifics, I still think it's possible to create a map of XRV.org members' approximate locations. Nearest notable city/town and such. May be useful for arranging rideouts, meets, mechy-bees etc....

Sorry everyone. Geo-tendencies getting the better of me......

Re: where in the country/world are you

I know I'm one of the cryptic locations, but because it's a publicly accessible forum I feel a bit more comfortable that way. I'd like to stay anonymous, at least until I get to meet face to face. If people wanted to put their location in they'd do it.
    I'd leave it to choice.
