I get PAID to ride these roads

Alongside Llyn Cwellyn in Snowdonia. The road continues below the majestic peak of Mount Snowdon. I stopped shortly after in Beddgelert for an ice-cream and cup of tea.

Oh that reminds me. I must fill in my expenses form!

I used to be a courier so getting paid for riding around is something I was used to. Nothing better than taking the scenic route...problem is come winter you tend to stay on the quickest routes instead.

Best ever getting paid to ride job was at Millbrook. Did the testing there on Triumphs and Aprillia's....The aprillia was fun as the job was to try to get the clutch to slip at high torque

TRUST ME.... there's only so many times you can go round a high speed circuit, or across the 3 hill loops or even sliding it round the outer handling course before they all get bloody boring!!!!!!

I used to test the cars/vans and one test run meant that you spend ALL of an 8 hour shift going round a 2 mile concrete circle at 50-80mph... thats 400 laps!!

oooh look there is the 1.5 mile marker... oooo look there is the 2 mile marker... oooo look thats the 1.5 mile marker again... oooo look there is the 2 mile marker YET again!!!! believe me even in some flash sports car the novelty soon wears very thin lololololo

think for me the best paid runs i did were the coastal long haul runs in the race trucks.

Yes I see your point !! but I wouldn't mind finding my limit of tolerance to boredom though !!

Must have been odd driving home in "normal" mode after a day of wheechin round at bum clenching speeds - seem like your going backwards in slo-mo??
