Serious Brownie Points for Wee Me !!!

I'm getting a serious amount of brownie points banked just now. Mrs Wee and Miss Wee are into horses in a big way !!! , they have one each. But the thing about horses is , it never just stops a owning the horse - oh no !! you need the trailer and if you've got the trailer you need the tug , in our case a 1998 Defender tdi. Our old trailer is well past it now it's an old Bahill and we've had it for 17 years. So I have decided to treat Mrs Wee (and daughter) to a ..........

So the brownie points are booked , suggesting an upgrade to the bike should be a doddle now !!!! . will it be Orange and Austrian !! , or will it be German with sticky oot bits !! or will Honda do the right thing and give us something nice. Oh decisions - decisions !! Wait a minute !! I can't afford it now....... DOH !!! need to save up again , only another 17 years to wait.

It is a good thing you got a ramp on the float ... cus if you buy orange or german you will need something to pic you up on most rides...

Re: Serious Brownie Points for Wee Me !!!

No Fight just a bit of ribbing... BUT>>>>The is an email a friend sent me about his 2006 KTM

the 950 ran fine all the way up the centre. However, a growling
sound that I had dismissed as chain noise when I test rode the bike turned out
to be specific to third gear and got louder and louder as I did more city
riding. I took it to the local dealer to get it fixed under warranty. I dropped
it off on the 11th of December and picked it up on the 5th of February! Apart
from the usual delay of Christmas/New Year they had broken the oil scraper rings
on both pistons (either taking the barrels off or putting them back on) and had
to order new ones from Perth. But that was not the end of it! I rode the bike
home and it ran like crap (gutless and surging at ). They had a look at it the
next day and found that the paper air filter was full of oil and so they blamed
the lack for the lack of performance. Problem was that wasn't the culprit
either! They then stripped the carbies down and rejetted it. However, it still
isn't running properly and I'll probably trade it in on a car.

Wee Mon, that's the same as our HB, except it has the posh ramp out the front, we had to fit a reverse gear to our horse instead, the good think is they hold their value really well, though I'm still waiting for the unlikely opportunity of selling the damned thing
