    Angry What’s the point… Angry…

Riding down to Kent this morning down the usual A14/M11/M25, with the usual queues of virtually stationary traffic, I found myself filtering between 2 lanes of solid traffic following another Biker riding a Bandit…

Being only 2 lanes wide, there were points where the HGV’s were parallel to each other in both lanes, making the filtering operation a little snug. Anyways, following as I was, we both reached an impasse… The Heavy stuff had momentarily blocked both our progress… I suppose we had to wait almost a whole 5 seconds for a natural passing gap to appear…

The chap on the Bandit wasn’t impressed with the delay… And slammed his fist into the lorries door and on passing it, postulated his frustration to the lorry driver accordingly…

Jesus this made my so f**king angry… OK maybe the Lorry driver could of noticed us both and pulled over a couple of inches… But FFS!!!

As a rule, when someone makes way for me, or pulls over slightly I give them a little wave of gratitude, but what’s the point? I mean with twats like that riding there not going to remember the courteous riders, there gonna remember the tossers that thump their vehicles!!

(Afterwards… the lorry pulled over to the right side of his carriageway to let me through, I thanked him with a wave, but was so embarrassed to do so…)

    Just p*ssed me off!

It would have angered and embarrassed me too, actually.

Too many bike riders think they have rights over other road users.

You can;t blame the Binned_it rider, he's probably so pi$$ed off with picking up his bike from the ground that he's gotta take it out on everyone else.

We get loads of them around here with 99% of them being BABS (Born Again Bikers) who think that because they had a licence for a 250cc 20 years ago that they can ride a powerful bike. It normally means 2 things, watching them nervously ride around at 20 under the speed limit, or going high speed then brown staining thier pants when the Binned_It wobbles around a bend.

Sorry but as you can tell I'm not a fan of Bandits

Strangely enough I wanted to post something similar last week, WTF is up with bikers slowing everything down by virtually stopping and then give the cage driver a Dirty Harry look. I mean really are they bovvered I nearly slammed right into another biker last week who slowed down every few cars because the fekin idjit could not judge the gap and then shake his head and make obscene gestures at the drivers. I eventually did a force undertake because he was just pissing me off and holding everyone back. Now strangely my dangerous irresponsible move did not provoke anything from the rider

I don;t really think it's the bikes themselves, just more the type of riders you tend to find on them. (I suppose the same with Yamaha Fazers)

Also not long after they first came out all the couriers I used to work for started calling them Binned_its because of the amount of reports of them falling over on corners!!!

In the end the name just stuck, same as CX500's with the honda pig name. Any other common nicknames for individual model of bikes?????
