No complaints from me though Kids are away and wifey and I have just got up. I went to the Spar around 9 for papers and hot breakfast baggettes while she made fresh coffee. Having a quick scan of the forum while she applies the pulling paint, then off to the pub for Sunday lunch May watch the GP this afters, or then again might use my boyish charms and talk her into a really early night
Why did I have kids again???

So you don't fancy a meet in the New Forest later on today then?

I was going to meet Lord Vader yesterday but didn't so I'm hoping to meet them later today.

I've got one of those tents/bivi bags. Used it in anger twice, once on the grass at Bilbao docks and once on a rally. The docks was okay (no rain), but on the rally I realised there is nowhere to put your helmet and boots when it's tipping down with rain.
3 Africa Twins/280,000 miles. If it's happened to one of mine, it's gonna happen to one of yours.....eventually.

1 Varadero/17,000 miles ridden (of 40,000 miles on the bike), it's all still new to me!

    Re: What a washout

I bought a Bivi off Ebay for £70 used it once, the most god awfull thing that i have ever slept in, terrible. Like sleeping in a coffin.

Put it back on Ebay and sold it to a Norwegian guy for £135 !!! best result i have ever had on Ebay.

Went and bought a nice Khyam tent, fantastic piece of kit, really good
