    Angry Riky Cross Grrr...

    Hurumph

The lower section of me crash bars arrived a week or so ago and top half today due to mix up in language and order
numbers. As no clients this afternoon, I tried to get out there before the rain arrived. No luck so I was getting wet.

Making sense out of the destructions was hard enough, getting over the lack of attention to detail in the packaging that gave me scrubbed off bar ends made me slightly Riky Cross, but the absent thread on one of the bracket drills makes it impossible to fit the bl$*%dy thing. And to cap it all, I have paid twice for carriage and didn't know I could get a discount by telling them I'm on XRV.org.

And for anyone thinking of buying, here's a couple of examples of the chips n nicks in the paint finish - all due to poor packing I'd say.

At about £286 for the set, I'm disappointed to have to get busy with the Hammerite before fitting.

It would have been cheaper and less frustrating to fall off without them

You need to send them back, (at thier expense of course). They're simply not fit for purpose. My nice new helmet had to go back after two different visors were flawed but I feel better not trying to convince myself I could live with it.

So far, nothing at all. They usually take a day or three to respond when I email them so I expect I'll hear at the end of the week or maybe next week.

Yes it might come to that but I admit that I find courier companies (TNT and DHL) absolutely atrocious so if I can avoid having to deal with them, I will.
But I doubt I'll trust Riky Cross again either.
The after market for the gear we want is pricey and service and quality is mixed, no?
