whats the most you have ridden in a day

I broke my previous record this weekend and rode 430 miles missed my turn off and went the long way round. only 395 on the way back. I have had the @ for nearly a year but hadnt been for a long ride(75 miles to anton88's), so decided to visit my brother in Falkirk. BTW the sheepskin helped my arse no end. Managed 130 miles without stopping. I was physically finished at the end of the journey and parts of me where still numb from the vibration when I went to bed. SO....whats the most you have ridden in a day and how did it make you feel and anyone thats gone something like 800 miles....you are a machine.

547 miles (I think) over 20 hours through Croatia, Serbia Montenegro, Bosnia, Albania and Greece Seemed a lot further though....maybe it is?!

Used to drive from Edinburgh to South of France/French Alps when I was working out there, pull over when tired, few hours in the back of the car then carry on...about 1200 miles to the Med

380 miles between Coquelles and Dole on my Dominator - I felt fresh enough when coming off the autoroute that I could've probably done another 50-100 miles That seat change was well worth it

I did a track day at Brands Hatch (full circuit). I rode from Cheshire, left at 3.00 am, after 236 miles got there for signing on at 8.40 am, did 156 miles on track and rode home 10 pm the same day. But I got as far as Warwick services for fuel and wanted to die! Total miles 628 on an SP-1.

Other than this did 900+ miles overnight in the rain riding from Santander (5.30pm) to Cherbourg (4.30am) to catch the ferry as the one at Santander had broken down - I could not wait a week for the next one. This was also on the SP-1.

Not exactly trailie riding but answers your curiosity question. Because you don't sit on the sportsbike, hanging off and moving around on the bike more etc, I did find it more comfortable than the Transalp I now have but I do love the Transalp, just wish the tyres lasted longer - oops the tyre debate again! - I've done 10,000 miles now, trashed 3 sets of Trailwings and am now on Distanzias, which I feel behave just like Dunlop GP207RRs
