So Sharri ? are you on the way to being one of them new fangled "Nurse Practicioners" then ?? or are you already there??

We are about to roll out a program of "Para Practicioners" where the Paramedics can do more of the Nursey / Doctory things like .... stitching and the like.

Sounds quite interesting to me from a skill growing perspective , be I fear it's got more to do with the downgrading and centralisation of A&E facilities................... big issue in rural areas !!!!!

"Practicioners" - is that how we spell it ???
