Came back to the UK in May to go to the TT,the insurance for my bikes was due on the 31st Ebike emailed me my renewal which they said was to click on the highlighted number .for easy renewal,no way could I get on to the site with this number,bombared them with emails and no replys,phoned them,they would not answer,ended up starting a new policy and paying an extra £20.46,sent them more emails when I came back from the IOM still no answer.
Back in the UK for the XRV national and on the Monday was coming back from Bristol over the Severn bridge and rembered there address Aust Services,so I knocked on the door asked to see somebody to here my complaint.
Result!!! the lady was very sorry for the inconvenece refunded my £20.47 and gave me £25.00 for my inconvenience
And gave me her direct phone number.
