What on earth is Brunstrom's problem !!!!

The fact that he used a picture of a decapated motorcyclist is bad enough in a closed road safety briefing- he didnt have the families permission AND the father had kept the exact details of the death away from his family as the thought of what happened to him in his final seconds of life would be too much to bear - and Brunstrom added to their pain and suffering to suit his own purposes - but this report says he described the pictures originally to be used as not gruesome enough and the headless corpse as ''outstandingly good''.
