    Very sad and reading the article illegal. This must have been taken into account when awarding the damages. The rider must have done something really stupid.

    Why do so many people take pity on those who end up suffering through their own negligence ??



    They chose not to wear a helmet .... and suffered the consequences.

    They broke the law as well.....ho hum.


    Mind you,perhaps it is sad.

    Sad that the rider...WHO IS OR SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PILLION.. allowed a passenger who was inappropriately dressed.

    Mind you,in a luvvie gathering such as that,it`s odds on that nobody on a bike was wearing anything remotely suitable anyway.
