    kennel cough

On Friday I left work early due to having a really ****ty cold (man flu obviously!!), get home to find the dog coughing his guts up. phone the vet and cant get an appointment till Sat morning. kept awake by feeling like death warmed up, and the dog hacking and coughing all night and then spewing on our brand new carpets. been a bit better last night but i'm knackered and feel like crap. bloody animals are soooooo much grief!!

Dave, Dave, Dave!!! Think of the Google ratings
3 Africa Twins/280,000 miles. If it's happened to one of mine, it's gonna happen to one of yours.....eventually.

1 Varadero/17,000 miles ridden (of 40,000 miles on the bike), it's all still new to me!

    Awww the poor thing...

Timber's had dodgy guts this last week bringing up loads of bile and phlem (mind you so have Jen and I) I know that there's a bug going around in the human population causing stomach problems for anything from 24hours to 14 days and thought it might also be effecting the canine world.

Worse thing is that the just don;t understand that they're ill so lots of cuddles, some simple treats and even more cuddles are normally in order to help them through it

Absolutely! I had it 5 years ago and haven't been able to do the dishes since then.

Talking of dogs, our ones now worked out how to open not only the back door but also the front door!! We're having to double lock them just so the doggie doesn;t let in the burgulars!!!!
