.......all day yesterday I was at work thinking what a great day for a ride out it would be, but not to worry, Sunday would be good too no doubt.

Just about all day today the rain hasn't stopped, and now I look out and there's SNOW on the car roof.
OK, so it's sleet/sludge, not fluffy white ski quality stuff, and will last about 2 minutes, but it's still bloody cold and wet.
I'm too old and soft to be getting cold and wet too often now, so that's that then. Never mind, Ewan & Charlie will be in hot dry Africa on tonight's episode....

Aaaargh, I think I need to move somewhere warm and sunny.

I lived in South Western Turkey for nearly 3 years. I now realise beyond any reasonable doubt how completly ****e British weather is, i mean lets face it so far in 2007 April was very good and from then on and before completely crap. You do not live in Britain you simply exist. Awfull place, unfortunatly i am stuck here for another 18 months.

The best bit about Britain the lads and lasses on this here XRV site, but thats about it.

Worst part for me is all of saturday night and the early hours of sunday morning was dry and not too cold. Theres me thinking I'll take the long way home from work, and about 30 mins before I finished it starts spitting. No matter I think to myself, still gonna go the long way. Clock out at 06:00, step outside to a chilly morning (strong) wind and bloody hailstones .

Stupid weather ....
