    Unhappy Bugger

Now it looks like the weathers getting nice and I can go out for some long, enjoyable rides, I've just gone and twisted my left ankle . Apparently I'm lucky its only a "Borderline type 2" sprain so all I gotta do is take it easy for a week. Doc said can't drive either...didn't mention anything bout motorbikes though....

Fat chance of that happening now. Just sat down to enjoy the first of many beers to get a phone call from work saying they need me in at midnight tonight . God this weeks turning to sheet already.

Ah; think of a number the doc said and halve it... thank goodness for Matrons

Oh, take it slow Raven - sorry about your injury man. My son had one this time last week and I pounced on him as soon as he arrived home (it's a family thing ), quoted Sharribee at him while handing him an elasticated compression ankle wotsit I happened to have about my person. He was fine in 2 days so not a sprain. Tell 'em at work Raven - "no way until Thursday at the earliest"... the early resting is the best bang for your missed wages so do what Matron says!

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
