    I had one on my scooter. Makes a huge difference in the winter. But now I wear thermals I don't need one.

    It's only in the UK we make a fuss about them. They use them all over Europe as most people use them to commute in the European cities.

    If I had to commute in winter they would make sense, I'd rather be warm than look cool
