Long distance ipod suggestions??

After being on this site for the last few months I have found it to be a damm site more friendly than other forums I would care to mention....so hopefully I might get some great ideas from a cracking bunch of people..

Alot of you tour, alot of you (including me) are doing the longest day, what's going to be the favourites on the ipod or mp3 player

I know everyone has their favourites but this is the first long distance ride I will have ever done.

Throw me some ideas...
