Well up here in Weston Super Mare it's bright sunshine and really warm! We're not that far away either are we! Well having said that it's just starting to cloud over.

Get down to the beach before it gets really crowded and bag a ride on one of the Donk's!!

Sorry everyone - my fault.

Yesterday I planted out peas and carrots with the kids. ShoeQueen said should we cover the drills with straw in case it snows or gets very cold and kills the seeds.

I explained to her it was APRIL and not to be rediculous, if it was going to snow it would have done so in February or March, but April??? Don't be ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!

It is not unheard of.
One of my uncles got married in March and it was as hot as a summers day,

One of my aunts got married in April and she had a white wedding down to snow on the ground.

It's cold enough that the snowman is still entact on the wall outside the house

The littlist one wants to take it upstairs with her tonight and leave it on the bottom of the bed I said fine - her mother will not be so accommodating when she gets in from work
