It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

The best advice is never give up, keep on at them and they will get fed up before you will.
If there’s one thing I can’t stand it’s not getting a decent service if taking faulty goods back. There is no defined time on how long you have to get your money back it just has to be a reasonable amount of time. Under the sales of goods act whatever you purchase has to work for `a reasonable amount of time` or you can ask for a full refund, don’t be fobbed off by the `we can only repair it` bollox, you CAN ask for a full refund and they can’t do jack.
Oh yes and before I go, another trick they like to pull is the `it’s the manufacturer not us you need to send it too` this is crap also, as the seller they are responsible for the goods not the manufacturer. If you buy a dvd player that doesn’t play dvds they can’t say it’s the manufacturers fault for not making it very good, it’s there fault for selling a product that is labelled to perform a certain task but which does not, under these circumstances you are quite within your rights to ask for a refund in full, from the seller not manufacturer.
I don’t even know if this is relevant but I just like to rant on hehehehe…
If its a large heavy object threaten to take it back and throw it through there shop window, worked for me when my new fridge broke after a week![]()
