Hi Can any one help.
Placed a order last sunday, for next day, thinking it will come Tuesday? Sent a email wed asking for details of when it will come. Not a thing so far no item, no email.
Any help please.

Sorry about this. I have tried to telephone you but when I called on the number given on your order it appears to be incorrect.

We have realised that there was a problem with our mail server but this is now fixed.

Can you PM me your telephone number and I'll give you a ring.

I have arranged for your order to be delivered to you on Saturday morning on the address given on your order.

All is now back up and running properly and efficiently again, so I am extremely sorry for the delay.
