I live in Braintree and I've still not seen this magical BMW dealer (it's only a small town), but now I want to go and see what all the fuss is about. Lord Vader, if you ever go back can I come and watch please?

Pete - glad to hear that it's all sorted - although you shouldn't have to put up with crap like that in the meantime......

Well that was a good way to spend my morning, thanks for the good read! Glad you got your bike fixed in the end.

I find it remarkable that some companies are yet to grasp the power that the internet can provide, especially through public internet forums. If an 18 year old can recognise this, it is worrying when some one with a BSc can't...

    Dear Mr Appel,

I have received your e-mail and will be pleased to look into your concerns when I have your confirmation that your abusive diatribe on UKGSER.COM has been removed and you publish an apology for your outrageous behaviour to both myself and my staff.

Re: Problems with my Panzer or the story of how not to treat a customer

Well, a great big WELL DONE LV for sticking to your guns

I'm astonished by what I've just read and I can hardly believe what Willow aka Mrs Cannon did by trying to bring in business Un-bloody-believable

I'm annoyed that LV has spent so much time and hassle fighting for what was his basic right, but I admire him for seeing this through.

I've been to Cannon Motorcycles a couple of times, and I'm afraid to say that both Mr and Mrs C where really helpful in getting me gloves to fit my spades I think they'd seen Dollar signs, thinking I was in the market for a new GS.
I am, quite frankly, appalled at what's happened and the day that I can actually get a bike to match my gloves (that inexplicably have GS on them) I will most certainly NOT be going to Cannon. More's the pity, as they are about 1 mile from my humble abode!!

When will people wake up to good old fashioned customer service? That's whats keeps people in business, you know!!

This brings me rather smoothly onto ...........................................

I'd love to take your bike for a spin, LV - Sunday O.K.?
