    Talking Improving service at Cannon BMW?

    As some of you guys know i had some problems with my bm for a while now
    Went to a dealer here in Essex(Cannon BMW) to get it sorted but it all went a bit pear shaped.
    So if you guys a bit bored and fancy a good read have a look at this

    Some problem, known fault but unknown how to fix.
    Glad you found the other dealer and got it sorted,
    SLM are right about customer service, if you treat them right they return and by word of mouth bring in more business, mistreat them and they take their business elsewhere.
    YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

    Willow aka Mrs Cannon shot herself right in the foot lol They must have lost loads of business.

    Glad to hear you finally got it sorted

    Did you manage to get it unger warranty though

    Glad that you managed to get it sorted. But, what a performance!

    Still, it's nice to know that some dealers actually understand what customer service is.

    ahh i finally finished, congrats on fixing your panzer, just goes to show that some people are more intrested in money than serving their customers
