Local rider ???

I am going to be very careful here with the wording of this thread but here goes.

Up until this year I used to go to various bike meets and rides with a good mate of mine but he has given up biking for a while and sold his bike. It gets boring going out on your own so, if there is anyone who is fairly local to me (Ascot) who is up for a few meets or rides please let me know. I stick to speed limits (as much as I can) and always ride to the pace of the slowest bike/rider, Thanks.

Know how this feels Rog, its a bummer. Did used to go out with a good mate and now since he did harley riding in America his bike over here doesnt interest him. Then this site comes up trumps and Ive met ace people to have rides with, although not as often as needed sometimes

Things are a bit sterile here in the midlands, no much in the way of meets ride ect, I have tried to arrange a couple but nothing came of them.........guess that puts me on the "billy no mates list" too then

Yea, My mate went the same way Phil's mate did, got a Harley, joined HOG, found out who his real friends wern't and got pi**ed off, sold his Harley and now worst of all.... he's taken up feckin GOLF!!!... GGRRRR.
