    MAN DOWN --- in France.

Just had a call from HUDDERS, he dropped his bike while on hols in france with Burrich, did it thursday/friday, front end slid out in a bend in rain at 50mph slid a long way till a banking caught the bike.

Bikes ok, left crashbar out of shape and ground a bit thin, bar end, mirror, indicators scraped.

Simon went for check at hospital next day; 4 broken ribs, shoulder out of position (?) ouch

Oh, and they did a brain scan . . . . but they could'nt find anything

He's resting up at his parents place just now, still thinking he can make it to the national , he'll see how it goes mid week.

He did tell me where, but that was an hour since

South somewhere had a 4 or 5 hour ride up to his folks place, and its a couple of hours or so to ferry port from there.

    B*&%er
Its not been a good year for the XRV'ers but than having met Hudders a few times i am not surprised(that he keeps his Brain in a Jar,that is)
But let me know if he needs any help as i am not working at the moment and could get there pretty quick. If you remember where it is
They call him "Ze Quiet one"
I listen to what the rice crispies tell me to do

From what I can remember, it is somewhere south-west of my place. Southern Brittany, perhaps?

Lots of tumbles/slides/falls/drops/avoidencs and near misses lately. Hope the trand changes for the better very soon!

I hope someone has lit a fire for him. Very therapeutic for Hudders.
