Any order would do really , as long as i do all of them.

The smoking cost is not a goer as i only smoke rollies and probably cost about £5 a week, BUT !!!!, the health option (before Nursey and Sharrie get on my case )is important.

So I will be giving it a go..

and I didn't even need to say anything. Hows the colour in your toes lately.

toes - and I've had ones like this fall off when I've made a bed, I have a fairly strong stomach but that made me eek then ick cause I had to pick it up to show the doc afterwards

But even as a smoker there are things you can do to pevent the whole poor circulation thingy, I for one walk on average 40 miles a week and eat reasonabley healthily, the worst case senarios (as pictured) I suspect were probably pretty inactive (obviously I'm not talking about the diabetics as this is a completely different ball game I suspect)

Now I'm not condoning smoking (I know that my end goal has to be to give up) I'm just saying that there are steps to reduce risks that you can take.

your absolutely right, the circulation thing is a bit nasty, but just think that's all going on inside as well. Your heart circulation is micro compared to some blood vessels.
