    After the great weekend I had and my fondness for riding the XR. Also realising my need for far more practise. My wife has decided........................................... .................................................. ........

    I'll work out a reasonable trainng schedule too, I was totally unprepared, untrained and unfit. Otherwise, training will be find an unfeasable looking hill and ride the bike up and down it!!
