    but the best bit is that they're totally free range (I lived in the Bresse region for a few years & they're all over the bl**dy place...) & fed on a diet of sweetcorn & milk. The meat is sooooooooo tender...

    We're working on a green, white and orange version......

    Seriously, despite being in France several times I haven't managed to try some yet, there's so much of everything that I can't get here and I can only eat so much. I spend a fair bit of time drooling in supermarkets and markets.
