aye, was a long day yesterday, up at 6.30, back in the house for 6. some food, then in bed for 8.30.
as the most miles ive done in a day for quite a while, i was knackered

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
