Thats the problem, in some areas they are not allowed to take blood any more, some idiot claimed damages because the doctor had to set the needle more than once and left a bruise and the judge allowed it through

There has been numerous calls for this over the years and on the face of it ,it makes good sense, but there are certain medications which contain alcohol. and somebody was telling me the other day that your body is capable of producing alcohol by itself as a reaction to certain digestive processes.. it may be an infinitesimally small amount but an over zealous copper applying the absolutely no alcohol rule could have a field day...
