    Uncle tom's farm

Don't really know which forum would be best to put this thread in ie chatter or XR's.

I'm lookng for any information on Uncle Toms Farm i guess the Welsh contingent on here would be the best bunch for help i've heard plenty about it but can't seem to find and details on it using using google.

If anybody has a website or any experience of going there could you please let me know also any details on accommodation close by would also be helpful

Its easy to find, its up by Rhyader, pay a tenner and away you go with the diff draggers. Mate goes there regular and he is insane on his YZ 450. Do a youtube search on the widowmaker.
Main problem is the hills are steep and there is no safety on there. You can be blatting up a steep incline and there is nothing to stop a 4x4 coming over the top straight at you, scary prospect. Not for me!!!
Aparently it used to be a good site to play but over use has turned the place into the face of the moon

As Phil said its easy to find about 5 miles outside builth wells toward llandidnod wells,
Called in earlier this year to see if it was suitable for my daughter on her quad, Its was rough and has very steep decents with big tree stumps at the side of the track, not for the faint hearted.
He did say he was having a machine in the regrade the track and remove some of the stumps.
