    Sarn helen help needed

The people at Llanerchindda Farm (north of Llandovery) sent me the following request and I thought it worth disseminating it as much as possible. Overall they do a lot (submitting documents/attending meetings) to keep routes open. Our responses might just help support the cause. The sections referred to are the ones from the Banwen area north and the next section that goes up towards Brecon.

Oh I simply fell off at about 1mph. In the water but unfortunately on a section of solid rock and went down with my left knee taking the brunt.
I was at the back so Phil and J didn't see me.
Luckily the bike was still going otherwise I would have been kicking it over for some time.
Anyway the bruisings starting to come out now and after a week it's a lot better than it was, although I've been hobbling about this week.
